What to expect at class
At class we practice a simple flow of qigong, breathing exercises, guided meditation, stretching techniques and heart invigorating movement.
To the trained eye it is obvious where the body is out of balance and by doing these simple, mindful movements your body will adjust and bring you back to balance.
Initiatives are wonderful. Drink 2 litres of water a day, eat 5 - 7 fruits & vegetables, exercise at least 3 times a week, walk 10,000 steps, but how many can you abide by?
Life is about finding what works for you. Physically, mentally and spiritually and the self-healing class is here to help you achieve your goals.
Balance is at the forefront of my mind when structuring the flow of the class. Balance in our bodies and minds. Balance to work our muscles, tendons, hearts, brain and proprioception.
